Kopstad freight terminal - need for grants and decisions

Services in the facility: Kopstad freight terminal has been planned since 2008. Construction work is underway and the first functions may be in place when the new Vestfold Railway opens in 2025. Rail and road connections are planned to be mainly publicly financed, while the facility itself will be privately financed.
