The regulatory plan has been adopted

Horten and Holmestrand municipalities have both adopted a zoning plan (15/06/2023 and 21/06/2023) for a new dual carriageway junction with the E-18 at Helland. This will, among other things, create a safer exit and access to/from the E-18, better capacity and accessibility to/from Holmestrand and create good access to the Logistics Center at Kopstad.
