Necessarry public investments to establish a logistics center at Kopstad

At Kopstad in Horten municipality, 400 acres have been regulated as a freight terminal where parts of the area have been set aside for a rail based logistics centre. The entire area is being filled and within a few years, we will have areas ready for construction. The facilities that are planned will be ground-breaking in Norway in that, without traditional area restrictions, they facilitate the efficient handling of various types of goods from long wagon trains.
