Our goals:
Our aim is to facilitate a goods terminal/logistics centre. We want to develop a facility that facilitates goods handling, logistics-based business operations and service activities with rail-oriented operations in interaction with both road and sea. The ambitions are to create a logistics hub, together with partners in goods, service, logistics, etc. 

In the west of the area towards the new Vestfold railway, we want to develop it into a freight terminal connected to the railway. Train parking and service-oriented functions for the railway, such as workshops, washrooms etc., can also be established.  

Towards E-18, we want to facilitate logistics operations that operate car-based freight transport, but which can also ensure the flow of goods to/from rail. Arrangements are being made for businesses that can handle and process goods for further transport. 

We also aim to facilitate environmentally friendly solutions in the form of, among other things, zero-emission energy solutions and seek in the long term to become as self-sufficient in energy as possible. Furthermore, we want to ensure natural purification and reuse of gray water.
