Oslofjord Logistics AS has accepted the municipality's fee for the zoning plan work
According to the municipality's fee regulations, the fee for the zoning plan work for Kopstad Godsterminal would have been over 6 million NOK. Oslofjord Logistics AS thought this was completely unreasonable and requested that the municipality use the self-cost principle as the basis for the fee amount. The municipal board agreed. The fee was considerably lower, but probably somewhat in excess of the amount of time the municipality has spent on the work. This is still not complained about, but accepted.
