Are Karlsen in a letter to the Minister of Transport: Hope and believe in political support for the Kopstad Terminal.

There are several obstacles in the way of the planned freight terminal at Kopstad. Now the mayors of Horten and Holmestrand have send letters to the Minister of Transport to speed things up.
